Do You Feel BAD about Yourself?

If there is anything that can make you feel unworthy, it’s believing you are bad. This is often a hidden belief that we take on during childhood. So, what do we do if we are carrying this belief? We try to be good and disconnect from who we truly are. Then we wonder what’s wrong with us.
In this week’s Own Your Worth Wednesdays healing session, one of our participants really struggled with this. We did some incredible healing work around this topic, as well as how to shift quickly when you’re being triggered. It was a very powerful session and one you don’t want to miss!
