Lynn will share how she used 1) self love 2) being authentic and 3) and gratitude to help her overcome chronic stress, and major health challenges. Life happens to all of us. But we must know how to respond to stress, and be intentional in how we react.
Lynn Owens is a woman who lived a life full of people pleasing, saying yes to things that did not align with her, and a life she didn’t love. A life filled with stress, chronic stress, that is. This stress led her to hair loss, health challenges (thyroid disease and breast cancer), and depression. Lynn wore the mask of perfection, and tried to make her life seem authentic, but inside she was broken. She studied personal development, and yet did not use one thing she learned (watching The Secret, reading books, etc). until she received her breast cancer diagnosis, which is when she made a decision to rise up, renew my life, and live a life she loves.
