EPISODE #26: Transparency: Seeing Through to Our Expanded Human Capacity

Thursday, March 1st  ~ Penney Peirce – Transparency: Seeing Through to Our Expanded Human Capacity

It’s so interesting how transparency works. Not only can you see yourself when you open, relax, show up fully, and allow vulnerability to be natural, but that empowers others to see more of you—and of themselves. On the other hand, when you’re open, exposed, and undefended without even trying, you can see through layers of interference or illusions of opacity in people and situations that used to stop you. You have Superman’s X-ray vision!

Penny Peirce is a well-respected international expert on intuition and perception. She is a gifted clairvoyant empath and visionary, and a pioneer in intuition development and personal transformation. She has worked around the world as a coach and trainer to business and government leaders, psychologists, scientists, celebrities, and those on a spiritual path since 1977.

Penney has been affiliated with The Center for Applied Intuition, The Institute for the Study of Conscious Evolution, Coach University, Coaches Training Institute in Europe, The Arlington Institute (futurists), and The Kaiser Institute, which trains hospital CEO’s in the development of intuitive skills. Penney has led visionquest tours, hosted a TV talk show, presented keynotes and workshops at colleges and conferences internationally, and appeared on radio and television interview shows internationally. Her books are used in training programs and universities.

EPISODE #23: A Simple Formula for Achieving True and Lasting Success

Thursday, February 8th  ~ Debra Poneman – A Simple Formula for Achieving True and Lasting Success

Since the early 1980’s Debra Poneman has been showing people how to live lives of true and lasting success–mostly by being an example of living in alignment with her teaching. Among other things, Debra will share with us why she gave up her career to be a mom at home just as she was about to sign a contract for her own TV talk show, and the insight she had during her profound near-death experience about the power we have to create our own reality.

Debra’s story began in the decade of the 70’s which she spent studying at the feet of the greatest living spiritual masters of the east — often in deep meditation for 10 – 12 hours a day and silence for weeks at a time. She went on to teach meditation to thousands.

In the 1980’s Debra discovered the vast knowledge of the Masters of western Metaphysical thought and founded Yes to Success Seminars showing people how to master outer success and prosperity based on inner fullness.

Within a few short years, Debra’s seminars were being taught in major cities across the US and by her reps in 7 countries on 4 continents – decades before the Internet. Her students went on to become mega-successful entrepreneurs, NY Times bestselling authors, millionaires, billionaires—even household names.

In 1988, with her Yes to Success book in the hands of a major New York publisher and about to launch her own network TV show, Debra walked away from her career disappearing from the public eye for over two decades when she realized she had a greater passion.

Now a #1 best-selling author, award-winning keynote speaker and co-founder of Your Year of Miracles mentoring program for women, Debra is back to share how to create a life that is not only successful but is, in fact, miraculous.

EPISODE #21: Revolutionizing Higher Education

Thursday, January 25th ~ Michelle Jones – Revolutionizing Higher Education

During her 15 years of teaching Leadership and Organizational Behavior courses in a traditional college system, Michelle Jones got a front row seat as to what is broken in that system. That’s when she decided to gather a group of like-minded badasses around a vision of what a revolution in higher education could look like. After years of helping groups and non-profits organize for social impact as a volunteer (SuperThank, TEDxMtHood, World Domination Summit), Michelle started her legacy project and the Wayfinding Academy was born. Join us as Michelle discusses her vision, what she’s doing with the academy, and why she feels it will not only impact students but help the world as well.

Wayfinding Academy was founded on the frustrating realization that our culture of higher education is backwards – first you pick a 4-year college, then you pick a major from a list, then you figure out what you’re going to do, and then you try it out.

Michelle wants to turn the system frontwards.

That’s because she believes education is our chance to make the world better. What you do with your life matters to more than just you, and when we each live life on purpose, we all thrive.

Yes, this sounds idealistic. But it’s real. They’ve been approved by Oregon’s Higher Education Coordinating Commission to grant Associate’s Degrees in Self & Society. They are committed to stretching the norms of education from within the system.
