Miss Ohio 1988, Susan Kay Wyatt’s obsession with self-help, healing, spirituality, psychology, the sisterhood of women, and positive parenting has led her to become a published author of her first book No Crown Required – Raising a Confident, Courageous and Compassionate Daughter. In it, she cleverly unpacks the four areas of competition of the Miss America pageant to inspire the reader to be their best bold selves and raise their daughters to be the same.
She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. Currently, Susan Kay is a professional singer, songwriter, performer, public speaker, and the proud mother of a teenage daughter who teaches her life lessons every day. As an accomplished life coach, she inspires and empowers both men and women to live their dreams to the fullest and embrace life.
