Lauren Johnson<\/strong> worked as a career writer and communication expert for more than 20 years. She\u2019s been a vice president of employee communications, a Hollywood workshop manager, a ghostwriter for best-selling books, and an author coach and editor in all genres. Lauren\u2019s first try at writing her own book led to her being a winner in the Transformational Author Experience contest in 2015. Three years and several versions later, her book, Flying Lessons: A Single Mom\u2019s Guide to Empty Nesting<\/em>, won again in 2018. Now Lauren wants to use her story to support empty nesting moms as they experience this significant transition.\u00a0 As a single mom, Lauren is passionate about our new possibility to be partners and parents with our adult sons. As a business owner, writer, speaker, and former property manager of the Stonecote Estate in Louisville, Kentucky, Lauren is devoted to helping middle-age women everywhere embrace their fabulous fifties to ensure they have sensational sixties and beyond.
