Nurture Yourself into Abundance
Nurture Yourself into Abundance! Your outer world is a mirror to your inner world. When you feel you aren’t being loved and supported, this is your sign to nurture yourself.
Here are 3 steps you can begin to do today:
1. Treat yourself as if you matter.
2. Meet yourself with compassion.
3. Give yourself permission to play. As you nurture yourself this way, you emit a vibration that says, “I am worthy of being loved and nurtured.” And then that’s what shows up!
To learn more and dive deep into healing the blocks that shut you down from nurturing yourself, watch this week’s Own Your Worth Wednesdays healing broadcast. To watch the OYWW REPLAY, click go to https://www.facebook.com/groups/womenleadersoflove
